After reaching a breaking point at the end of my medical training, I decided to make some tough choices and I chose a different path. I found a way to take care of myself while also building a family and a career.

Since then, I’ve made it my mission to inspire and empower others to prioritize their health and wellbeing in order to feel more balanced in their everyday lives.

So over many years, I took courses, read lots of books, got certified as a Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and achieved my own sense of balance and control while also sharing what I learned with my clients, helping them achieve amazing results!
