IBS Hypnosis: Reduce your Irritable Bowel Syndrome Symptoms

Six week expert Gut Directed Hypnosis. A scientifically based approach to manage anxiety, pain, constipation, diarrhoea.

Description

Welcome to the Sirona IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) hypnosis programme.

Do you experience IBS symptoms? This programme aims to help you manage symptoms better, feel calmer, with less anxiety about daily life as well. Over six weeks you will listen daily to unique hypnosis audios which contain expertly crafted and relaxing ‘Gut Directed Hypnosis’ visualisations.

Gut Directed Hypnosis

The Sirona audios use Gut Directed Hypnosis. This special type of hypnosis is a scientifically proven approach. It aims to reduce the intensity of your IBS symptoms such as pain, cramps, constipation or diarrhoea. This approach I regularly use with clients with IBS at my busy London hypnotherapy practice.

Gut Directed Hypnosis gently addresses the communication which takes place between the mind and the digestive system. Often the mind can be overly sensitive to very small changes in the gut. Also the gut can become reactive to anxiety or stress experienced in the mind.

The course is for six weeks and you will listen daily to a hypnosis recording. It is for six weeks since the process of calming the brain-gut communication (often called the ‘brain –gut axis’) will take some time. You will require commitment and a steady determination. However, after a few weeks, we hope you will start to feel better, and that managing symptoms will feel a little less burdensome.

Hypnosis safe and relaxing. Hypnosis is of course drug free and is all about calming mind and body through visualisations, mindfulness and positive self care. Use this programme on its own or alongside other IBS treatment. You can continue to take any medication and follow any diet plan you like whilst on the Sirona programme.
