In this course, you are going to learn how the Bible can help you ease your anxiety and worry. We will go over scriptures that tell us God’s promises and more!
We will discuss mindfulness and how to achieve it. We will speak about gratitude and how that can help us get out of negative thinking.
We will learn about our emotions and the ways we can manage them. How to stop our anger and look at things from a different perspective.
We will discuss what a soul is.
We will discuss the Fruits of the Spirit.
We will discuss not judging others and not caring about what others think of us. We should care about what God thinks of us.
We will discuss casting our cares on the Lord and how to seek his Kingdom. We will learn how to do these things. There is more than one way!
There is so much in this course!
There are meditations where you can close your eyes and listen to scriptures being read to you or others where you can listen to peaceful music and read scriptures.
There is a prayer and even a peaceful visualization meditation.
We will discuss numerous things you can try to do to learn how to relax and stop worrying. We will learn what to do when we start feeling anxious.
Please note I am not a medical doctor. If you have any serious emotional problems or traumas seek professional counseling. This course is meant to help you learn ways that may help reduce your anxiety and worry with the Bible. In no way is it telling you to not take medications etcetera!
