The attunement is the energetic process which connects the student with the source of Reiki. We all have universal life force energy within us which can be used for healing ourselves and others. As part of the course, we teach you how to self attune through meditation to unlock this powerful energy in line with the theory modules.

Self Attunement, helps us to connect with our higher self which results in a more personal attunement as you directly connect with the universal energy which lies within yourself. It also allows you to take the attunement when you personally feel ready, and have time to fully prepare. Unfortunately, since in person attunements are usually at the end of an intense theory course, the purpose can be lost as students are too drained from the theory to accept the energy being given.
